It's funny how your favorite childhood activities can turn into your career.
When I was in middle school I use to buy the small Kodak disposable cameras at the grocery store and use them to do "photo shoots" with my friends in the backyard. While the majority of those cameras never got developed, I still fondly remember the memories of playing photographer.

My babies: One looks like me, & one has my attitude.
let's talk!
Once I had my own children, it's all I wanted to capture.
Motherhood does crazy things to you, that's no lie. But one of the best skills I've obtained from my journey in motherhood has been the photographic eye for those fleeting moments that I want to remember forever. I know you'll want to look back and remember those fat little fingers shoved in your teething baby's mouth, the love of twirling that your daughter has in her favorite dress, and the embarrassed smile on your teenager's face when you talk about their first girlfriend during your session. We can all fake a smile for the sake of family photos... but the belly laughs & crinkle noses will bring back the memories years down the road.
"What I like about photography is that it captures a moment that's gone forever, impossible to reproduce."
"She shot our engagement photos in the freezing cold and our wedding photos in the miserable heat and was a complete rockstar!! My husband and I love her work, and we can’t wait to use her again for future sessions!!!"
