Meet Whitney

It's funny how your favorite childhood activities can turn into your career. 

When I was in middle school I use to buy the small Kodak disposable cameras at the grocery store and use them to do "photo shoots" with my friends in the backyard. While the majority of those cameras never got developed, I still fondly remember the memories of playing photographer.  

Fast-forward to 2007 when my parents bought me my first dSLR camera and I worked hard at my job to be able to give them a measly $75 a month until it was paid off. It was during that year that I started charging friends money for photo sessions & shot my first wedding in 2008!  

Now 12 years later I've upgraded my camera and equipment several times, shot over 130 weddings and met so many wonderful clients turned friends along the way! I currently live in Madison, Alabama with my husband, two giant dogs, an adorable 3 year old son & pregnant with our daughter who is due in December!  

While my heart is the happiest shooting weddings, I also excel in portrait photography including families, maternity, newborns, and senior photos!
